Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith welcomes three new associates in its litigation practice.

Annette M. White obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2000 and was graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2004. While in law school, she was a member of the Kansas Law Review, served as a research assistant and was active in student government. Annette joins the firm after working for two years in the Washington, D.C., office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Rochelle R. Cundy received her bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University in 2001 and was graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2004. She served as managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Following graduation, Rochelle was a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit, South Dakota, in 2004 and for South Dakota Supreme Court Justice Judith K. Meierhenry during the 2005-06 term of Court.

Eric R. Johnson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2003 and was graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in May 2006. During law school, Eric was a contributing author and member of the South Dakota Law Review and involved in various student organizations.
