Gullickson Re-elected To National Guaranty Association Board
Charles Gullickson was re-elected to the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations (NOLHGA) at the organization’s annual meeting held at Amelia Island, Florida, Oct. 9 and 10, 2007.
This will be Gullickson's second term on the NOLHGA board. Gullickson was also re-elected as secretary of the organization and is on the board's executive committee. The guaranty associations provide protection to policyholders when a life or health insurance company insolvency affects people in many states.
Gullickson is Executive Director and General Counsel of the South Dakota Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association. As a member of the firm's financial institutions practice group, Gullickson's practice includes insurance regulatory work in addition to banking and financial services matters.
