Peterson to Become DEHS Partner

Mitchell A. (“Mitch”) Peterson will become a DEHS partner on January 1, 2008.
Peterson interned for the law firm while attending Vanderbilt University Law School. He joined DEHS as an associate following his graduation in 2002. Peterson is a member of the firm’s commercial and business litigation practice group. Since joining the firm, he has generally focused his efforts in that field, although he also does a significant amount of general litigation work.
Peterson obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota. He is licensed to practice law in both South Dakota and Minnesota.
