Tiffany Miller Joins Law Firm

Tiffany Miller has joined the Davenport Law Firm as its newest associate. She was formally sworn in to the South Dakota Bar on October 12 in a ceremony conducted by the association’s Young Lawyers Section.
Tiffany is a lifelong South Dakota resident and a 2006 summer associate with the law firm. She received her law degree from University of South Dakota Law School in May 2007, where she was an honors graduate. She received her M.B.A. at the same time and served as an editor of the South Dakota Law Review while in law school.
Tiffany will initially focus her practice in the areas of general corporate law, creditors’ rights law, real property law, and financial institution compliance.
