The annual spring Banking Law Seminar put on by Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP has been scheduled for Friday, April 18, 2008.
The half-day seminar features a variety of speakers from the firm on subjects of interest to those in the financial services industry. Past topics have included personal property collateral, mortgage foreclosures and real property collateral, employment law, protecting proprietary information and advertising of credit products.
The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Minnehaha Country Club with lunch provided. Additional information, including an agenda for the seminar, will be available in the immediate future.
