Kristi Geisler Holm will be among the speakers at the South Dakota Department of Labor's annual Workers' Compensation Seminar.
Holm, one of the firm's workers' compensation attorneys, was asked by the Department to speak on "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Documenting a Case File." Her presentation will be the afternoon of May 21, the first day of the two-day seminar.
The seminar will be held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. A complete agenda and registration information are available from the Department of Labor web site. DEHS will again be hosting a hospitality room at the seminar the evening of May 21.
