Sue Simons will present a workshop February 26 on employment policies and best practices for the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
Simons, the head of the law firm's employment law practice group, will discuss employment policies that all employers, regardless of size, must have and best practices to avoid liablity for employment related actions and decisions. The presentation is part of the Chamber's "Business Sense Workshops," held over the noon hour to provide practical information to organizations and businesses.
