Three DEHS Lawyers Named "Best of the U.S"

February 4, 2008

Three DEHS lawyers – Scott Anderson, P. Daniel Donohue and Sarah Larson – were selected for inclusion in The Best of the U.S.’s 2008 list of the best professionals in the United States.

Donohue was honored in two areas, Tax Law and Trust and Estate Law. Among his many accomplishments, Dan is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and serves on the South Dakota Governor’s Task Force on Trust Law Reform.

Anderson was selected in the field of Corporate Law, the area in which he concentrates at the firm. A significant portion of the firm’s practice is devoted to providing advice and counsel to small and large businesses and corporate entities.

Larson was honored for her work in Employee Benefits, one of her areas of concentration. She, also a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is one of several attorneys in the firm who work with employers in designing a variety of both ERISA-qualified and non-qualified benefit plans.
