Jennifer Keating has joined Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith as its newest associate.
Jennifer, who was raised on a farm near Willow Lake, is a 2008 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law. During her last year of law school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review. Jennifer is a three-time published author in the Law Review. Following graduation, Jennifer clerked for South Dakota Supreme Court Justices Richard W. Sabers and Glen A. Severson.
Jennifer, who was a DEHS summer associate in the summer of 2007, will initially work in general business law, as well as banking and financial services law.
