Kathryn Ford has joined Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith as its newest associate.
Kathy comes to the firm after working as associate general counsel and Director of Legal Affairs for Knology, Inc. Prior to joining Knology, she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota and associate general counsel for QWEST Communications in Denver.
Kathy is 1992 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she served as president of the Moot Court Board. Following graduation, she was a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Donald O'Brien in Sioux City, Iowa. Kathy will initially work in the law firm's litigation section in both commercial and general litigation.
