Monte Walz and FBI Agent Matt Miller discussed Suspicious Activity Reports (The ABCs of SARs), and Dixie Hieb reviewed recent developments with respect to adverse-action notices and risk-based-pricing notices (Consumer Credit Applications).
The seminar concluded with a lunch, during which South Dakota State Senator Mike Vehle and lobbyist Doug Hajek, a partner at the firm, presented highlights of the 2011 South Dakota legislative session.
