Davenport Evans attorney Kathy Ford, who is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, was elected President of the Brandon Community Foundation Board of Directors at the Board’s April 2011 meeting. The Foundation is a permanent charitable endowment established to benefit worthy activities in the Brandon Area and is a fund of the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation. Kathy, who earned her JD from the University of South Dakota in 1992 and her MBA from Auburn University in 2010, has served on the BCF Board for over a year. Kathy previously served on the Brandon City Council.
