The firm has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law. This encompasses structure and documentation of real estate purchase and sales, advice with respect to financing options, representation before governmental regulatory authorities at all levels and assistance in negotiating and documenting transactions related to development of property. The firm has regularly represented landowners and developers and also represents professionals and contractors engaged in the development process. The firm is also engaged in all types of litigation related to land acquisition and development. Two members of the firm are Fellows of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
