Brendan W. Reilly

Brendan’s practice encompasses a wide area but he works most frequently in general corporate law, from the formation of new legal entities to the merger or purchase of existing companies. Brendan also focuses on a variety of real estate and land use matters, and assists clients with health care and intellectual property issues.

Brendan’s involvement in community activities is as broad as his legal practice. Brendan is on the Development Committee of Downtown Sioux Falls, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the success and vitality of the downtown area. He is also a member of the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council and is a volunteer consultant for Junior Achievement. He has been a guest lecturer for the University of South Dakota School of Law’s South Dakota Practices Course.
