Douglas J. Hajek

Doug concentrates his practice in the areas of banking law (finance and regulation), corporate law (general corporate counsel, merger and acquisition, corporate governance), public finance, private securities offerings and renewable energy ventures.

Doug has been active in his community and in statewide organizations, having chaired the Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission, and co-founding the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership. He also served as President of the University of South Dakota Law School Foundation, and on the boards of directors of the South Dakota Bankers Foundation, the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, Sioux Falls Downtown Rotary, and the Church of St. Mary Finance Council.
