Eric R. Johnson

Eric began his law practice in 2006 when he associated with the firm. Eric’s practice focuses not only the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense, but also includes protecting and enforcing creditor’s rights of business and financial institution clients. Eric interned with the firm prior to his final year of law school, helping him decide his interest lay in these areas of practice. Eric graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law where he wrote for the Law Review and served on the board as Note and Comment Editor.
