Roberto A. Lange

Born in Spain and raised on a South Dakota family farm, Bob has a unique background and a diverse litigation practice. Bob has handled complex commercial litigation, products liability and significant injury cases, class action case, ERISA litigation and other business disputes for both smaller and nationally known clients.

Bob has represented clients in arbitrations and in a variety of courts, including arguing before the United States Supreme Court in 2005 in Rhines v. Weber, a case on which he was court-appointed counsel. Bob has served on the board of Family Service, Inc., and has coached youth baseball, basketball and soccer teams.
