Shane E. Eden

Shane recently joined the law firm’s litigation section. His current practice focuses on professional liability defense, insurance litigation, and general commercial litigation. Shane, a native of Alcester, South Dakota, began as an Associate at the firm in the summer of 2008 after graduating from the University of South Dakota School of Law. At USD, Shane served as lead articles editor for the South Dakota Law Review for 2007-2008. Shane was previously a summer intern with the firm in the summer of 2007.
