Timothy M. Gebhart

Tim’s practice concentrates in the field of insurance law, ranging from insurance coverage to insurance guaranty association issues. He also has extensive experience in representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters and handling both administrative and other appeals. He is also one of the firm’s lawyers who deals with technology-related issues and has been recognized for a decade in The Best Lawyers in America for First Amendment law.

The range of activities in the Sioux Falls community reflects Tim’s diverse interests. He has served on the board and as an officer of East River Legal Services, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Dakota and the Sioux Falls Film Society. Tim was also elected by his peers to a three-year term on the Bar Commission, the governing body of the State Bar of South Dakota and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
